The official language of the Meeting is English.
Spring runs in Ljubljana from March to June. The average temperature in May is 10°C – 20°C. Evenings may still get quite cool in May so we recommend to bring a light jacket.

EURO is the official currency of Slovenia. Most places and ATM’s accept major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express.
In Slovenia there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Slovenia operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
A national of another EEA Member State (EEA citizens are nationals of EU Member States, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or Switzerland may enter the Republic of Slovenia with a valid personal identity card or passport. A national of a third country who wishes to enter and reside in the Republic of Slovenia for the purposes of a tourist, business, personal or other type of visit should obtain a visa at a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Slovenia prior to their entering the country.

Liability and Insurance
The Meeting organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of Meeting participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Meeting. Delegates and their accompanying guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay.
